The Travel & Medical Screening team at DOA specialize in providing wholesale and retail Travel Insurance including Medical Screening to the Insurance Broker market.
All of the facilities provided have a minimum A+ rated security and are offered on a variety of platforms that have been specially designed incorporating feedback from brokers since 2003.

Our key brand is SunWorld that has grown to become a major competitor in the broker market. SunWorld was one of the very first online Travel providers in the broker market and has since introduced a new and innovative cover called "Travel Disruption Cover", Travel Disruption Cover was first introduced in 2010 and covers travellers against  the Foreign & Commonwealth Office or the World Health Organisation advising it is not safe to travel, unable to travel as a result of insolvency of accommodation provider, booking agents or natural disasters (such as a tsunami, volcanic eruption or hurricane) affecting your accommodation or resort.

In addition to our SunWorld brand is Medical Screening 247 which is online and offline medical screening system, the offline medical screening team is based in the same office as the Travel Helpline and all based in the UK. In addition to SunWorld and Medical Screening 247 we also have SunWorld EXTRA which is aimed at covering non-standard / high risk medical conditions that cannot be covered under the main SunWorld product, we also have www.cover2travel.co.uk which our Quote & Buy Travel Insurance which was designed to be fully white labeled exclusively to our Broker and Affiliate partners.

Our Travel team control approximately £4million in Gross Written Premiums.
