David Oliver Associates (DOA) is an independent underwriting agency, wholesale broker and retail travel provider, launched in April 1996 to provide a high level of expertise to carefully selected Insurance intermediaries and based on niche market sectors as follows:

  • Commercial Risks (Liability/ Property/ CAR)
  • Financial Professions
  • Travel and Personal Accident/ Illness
  • Schemes and Special Facilities  

DOA is committed to providing a professional, efficient and quality service to our customers, in addition to achieving positive results and underwriting profits for our carriers.

DOA is also the principal company for DOA Underwriting Ltd which is a trading arm of DOA.

Our Customer base comprises a panel of approximately 100 carefully selected insurance brokers and over 50 Insurers. We are currently controlling over £7m premium income and average £0.20m new business per month based on both open and closed market business. We have exclusive contracts with key market players to provide a range of products and schemes in niche markets.
