DOA experienced record growth in 2010 following several new facilities, a growth in Partnership brokers and continued success of our SunWorld travel scheme.
A major part of our success in 2010 has been linked to having a great team delivering fantastic service to all our broker and insurer partners.
2011 will see further appointments as we manage our growth in order to maintain excellent service levels. Whilst 2011 could be a challenging year for us all, we are committed to investment for the future based on our firm plans to remain a family business with family values and to achieve our 5 year plan to double in size.

News Update - DOA Commercial
DOA are pleased to announce the appointment of Lorna Lucas who joins the commercial team as a highly experienced commercial underwriter. Lorna joined DOA in December following a year of record growth for DOA.
This new appointment enables the Commercial team to continue delivering fast responses to all enquiries via Partnership brokers.
The Commercial team will be focusing on the following key classes of business in 2011:
General Liability - A Rated security, Combined EL/PL from £250 plus IPT, £10m PL/Products available
Contractors All Risk - EL/PL, Contract Works, Employee Tools, Own Plant, Hired-in Plant
Marine Cargo - All aspects of Marine Cargo including stock throughput and temperature controlled goods, A rated security, premiums from £100 for Goods-in-transit.
