DOA Liability Underwriters can write both contracting and non-contracting risks in-house using our bespoke facility underwritten by a Lloyd’s Insurer. DOA has been a liability market for its brokers since it was established in 1996. All of DOA’s Insurer partners are based on longstanding relationships where DOA has been able to demonstrate its ability to underwrite a sizeable and profitable book of business.

DOA Liability Underwriters have access to all major markets including Lloyd’s. The DOA Insurer Partners are all carefully selected based on close working relationships, minimum A rated security and a willingness to work together to help each other.

Employers Liability - £100 plus IPT
Public / Products Liability - £175 plus IPT

Contractors

DOA Liability Underwriters can write the majority of contracting trades in-house. Cover can be provided for up to £10m Public/ Products Liability with the ability to use DOA Excess Liabilities where required. DOA can add Contract Works and/or Contractors Plant & Equipment using DOA CAR policies.

DOA also caters for smaller contractors with DOA Per Capita available in isolation or with Contract Works, Contractors Plant & Equipment or Personal Accident cover.
