DOA has bespoke facilities that allow us to underwrite and price both standard and non-standard risks for Manufacturing, Wholesaling and Retailing sectors. The Commercial team are a ‘One Stop Shop’ for any risk that is presented professionally by our brokers.

Our brokers have realised that not only can the DOA Commercial team deliver terms that rival the major composite Insurers, but they can quote, bind and issue documents in the same time it takes our competitors to request more information!

The DOA Commercial team have access to most markets, but they have agreed Binders or special arrangements with Amlin UK, China Taiping Insurance (UK) Co Ltd, Hiscox and Sterling Insurance Company Ltd for Commercial Combined, Package and Property associated risks.

The Commercial team are happy to quote as presented or alternatively we can provide a full proposal form to be completed (view downloads). The majority of our terms will be quoted on Statement of Fact.

Full access to our online Commercial Facility can be granted to our Partnership Brokers. This increases the process by submitting risks online for our referral, terms amended or agreed over the phone allowing our brokers to view quotations and print documentation in their office.
