We are delighted to confirm the appointment of Jeff Hiskett who has joined us to take up a new position as Commercial Broker in the Commercial Department. Jeff has substantial commercial experience both in the city and regions. His primary responsibility is to oversee all new business enquiries and to sharpen further our market presence by building a closer rapport with our Brokers.

We have now launched our very own Contractors Liability Policy which is the first of our own suite of products under the new DOA brand name of "OnyX" to celebrate our 10th anniversary. This product is underwritten in-house under the responsibility of Eddie Kelly.

As part of our special trading relationship, we are looking to help you acquire new business and also to offer an incentive to take over existing business - for example, we will be looking to offer additional commission on cases currently placed via other third party providers.

We plan to launch further "OnyX" products in 2006.
